Brittny Ahrendes, DMS, MMS, PA-C
Brittny Ahrendes is a highly experienced clinician and board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and surgery. With more than 18 years of clinical experience, Brittny began her career in vascular surgery and transitioned into dermatologic and cosmetic medicine, where her precision, diagnostic skill, and commitment to excellence in patient outcomes have defined her practice.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University (Provo, UT), a Master of Medical Science from Emory University (Atlanta, GA), and a Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg (Lynchburg, VA). Serving in dermatology, she has specialized in the evaluation and treatment of complex disorders of skin, hair, nails, and subcutaneous tissue (or fatty tissue) conditions.
As founder of Couture Medical, PLLC telehealth practice, Brittny applies her extensive clinical knowledge to evidence-based weight management care, including the extremely effective GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP therapies. These are coupled with tailored support for overall wellness. In addition, she offers targeted solutions for hair health, including prescription hair growth medications, prescription skin care for hyperpigmentation and skin aging, medical grade cosmeceutical formulations, and peptide-based adjuncts—each selected to optimize outcomes based on individual patient goals and the latest scientific insights.

Ashlyn Call-Reigle, DMS, MPAS, PA-C
As a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in primary care, Ashlyn brings a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to modern medical care. Her clinical background spans the management of complex, chronic conditions, with particular expertise in the metabolic and cardiovascular conditions that often accompany it.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University, and went on to obtain a Doctor of Medical Science degree from Lincoln Memorial University. This advanced training supports her ability to deliver evidence-based, up-to-date care while maintaining a practical, real-world focus on patient outcomes.
As a co-founder of Couture Medical, Ashlyn plays a key role in shaping the practice’s medical standards and treatment philosophy. She specializes in medically supervised weight management, including the use of advanced GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP therapies, paired with individualized guidance designed to support long-term health and sustainability.
Ashlyn prioritizes open communication and collaborative decision-making, ensuring patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment plans. She values a holistic, whole-person approach that integrates lifestyle, metabolic health, and prevention.
Outside of patient care Ashlyn enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
